So today, coz I rajin memasak sebenarnya and malas nak go out to grab a quick lunch like I usually do.
Actually sebab takde transport pon sebenarnya nak go out 😂
I took a peek inside the freezer and found some minced meat. Setotek je pon. Oh well, enough lah for myself (hubs is out ada kerja).
Guess what I decided to cook -- LAAB! My favorite thai food ever. And it's healthy too. No oil needed. Sesuai sangat kalau nak kurus. Tapi tak kurus-kurus jugak.
Just stir fry the minced meat until kering, add some laab mix with water, stir again.
Didn't have any basil leaves lying around, so I ganti with makrud 😂. Aci tak? Please #jangankecam ye para thai food lovers.
And...we are DONE!
