Mengidam Spaghetti

So my parents are in Rome (I know...me so jealous 😭) having the time of their lives. And then my mom sent me this:

huwaa memang nangis tepi bucu katil lah aku. Spaghetti in Italy memang is danbomb I tell you.

I can practically taste the spaghetti I had with Aiman masa makan kat Venice that day. Which was like 8 years ago.

Craving for spaghetti I pon went to the supermarket and ta-da!!!

Ok fine! Kantoi its just Prego. Tasted nothing like the one I tried in Italy. But oh well, at least now that I'm full I'm not craving anymore. For now that is.

Sejak masuk bulan Syawal and started to eat non stop, I get hungry quite easily.

So today, coz I rajin memasak sebenarnya and malas nak go out to grab a quick lunch like I usually do.

Actually sebab takde transport pon sebenarnya nak go out 😂

I took a peek inside the freezer and found some minced meat. Setotek je pon. Oh well, enough lah for myself (hubs is out ada kerja).

Guess what I decided to cook -- LAAB! My favorite thai food ever. And it's healthy too. No oil needed. Sesuai sangat kalau nak kurus. Tapi tak kurus-kurus jugak.

Just stir fry the minced meat until kering, add some laab mix with water, stir again. 

Didn't have any basil leaves lying around, so I ganti with makrud 😂. Aci tak? Please #jangankecam ye para thai food lovers.

And...we are DONE!

There you go, there's my beautiful and oh so yummy LAAB!

Makan dengan nasi putih panas-panas! Memang umpph! And telur masin pon nice combination 😋

island in the sun

My darlings hubs is full of surprises. Actually bukan surprise pon but he isn't the type who plans stuff.

So off we went to Redang Island (again. Baru je pergi a few months ago). This time we stayed the night.

Ya Allah cantiknye subhanallah.

Panas gila but don't care. I just looovee island vacations!

This kid memang hantu snorkeling. He could go for hours. And totally ignoring me.

Please don't ask me berapa bulan dah. It's the wind!

So gonna build myself a little cottage and stay here forever. What?? Uia?! Apa tu? Never heard of that word. #donttellmyboss

Usually it would be me nagging them to go mandi (including the big grown man there 😂) but this time mandi for hours and hours tak nak balik.

The food was great! Hence his cutie pie face.
